Capital Markets Associate — Junior to Mid-Level (Class of 2020–2024)

The Firm & Opportunity:
We’re working with a top-tier AmLaw firm with a highly regarded Capital Markets practice that continues to see strong deal flow across both debt and equity markets.
This role is for practicing attorneys only.
The team offers a well-balanced mix of work, including public and private offerings, with exposure across a range of industries such as technology, life sciences, healthcare, telecoms, and consumer sectors.
This is a particularly attractive platform for associates looking for more hands-on experience – the group is lean and collaborative, allowing for meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of transactions early on.
Key Experience:
We’re interested in speaking with attorneys who have experience in:
- Capital markets transactions (debt and/or equity)
- Public offerings, private placements, and/or securities work
- A strong interest in developing within a broad-based Capital Markets practice
