Who are we looking for?
We’re on a lookout for a mission – focused Operations Manager who will take ownership of one of our brands and take it to the next level! The perfect candidate for this role is someone who has expertise in direct to consumer, passion for leading talented & motivated individuals in our shared resource teams, and strong experience in operations, working with multiple teams (management, media buying, product fulfillment, supply chain, customer service, etc)
What will you do?
- Strategic Leadership: Elevate the brand through strong strategic leadership by setting clear objectives, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving execution toward operational excellence and sustainable growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and continuously refine brand operations, with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and overall performance.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and strategic partners. Negotiate favorable terms and foster long-term partnerships that support brand growth.
- Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on content marketing, SEO, and organic growth channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Creator & Influencer Programs: Design, build, and scale creator, influencer, and ambassador programs to drive authentic brand advocacy, user-generated content, and community-led growth.
- AI-Driven Operations & Marketing: Integrate AI tools and workflows across marketing and operations to improve content production, personalization, customer insights, and overall team productivity.
- Extended Duties: Undertake additional tasks as required to support the overarching goals of the Operations Manager role, including special projects and strategic initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and brand growth.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience in the health & wellness ecommerce direct to consumer market industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Deep expertise in content marketing, SEO, and social media
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling creator/influencer/ambassador programs
- Strong understanding of AI tools and applications in marketing and operations
- Advanced knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce ecosystem best practices
Please note that this is an independent contractor position requiring a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
