About The Role BaubleBar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, primarily focusing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and Google Paid Search. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth within our eCommerce channel. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and e-commerce to bring campaigns to life—from creative development to performance analysis. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical marketer early in their career who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced consumer brand environment. The ideal candidate will possess a curious mindset, strong organizational skills, and a desire to innovate and optimize marketing strategies for better results.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or e-commerce marketing
  • Internship or hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Reside within the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop and manage campaign assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and best practices
  • Manage project timelines and creative requests using project management tools like Asana or Monday.com
  • Develop campaign briefs and ensure creative assets meet channel specifications and strategic objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and marketing activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and optimize ongoing campaigns
  • Continuously test, learn, and evolve digital marketing strategies to maximize ROI and brand visibility
