Senior AI/ML Researcher | Hybrid

We’re hiring on behalf of a globally recognized technology leader known for its deep expertise in artificial intelligence and its commitment to deploying cutting-edge research worldwide. This organization fosters a multi-disciplinary core research group dedicated to advancing AI across various domains, with a particular focus on efficient on-device intelligence.

The Role

• Conduct cutting-edge research in efficient generative AI, including LLMs, Multi-Modal Foundation Models, and Reinforcement Learning.

• Lead efforts to transition research innovations into production-ready solutions for real-world applications.

• Develop creative solutions for deployment on resource-constrained devices.

• Implement and evaluate potential solutions in both simulation and on-device environments.

• Publish research findings in top-tier AI/ML conferences.

What You’ll Need

• Proven research excellence demonstrated by publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).

• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Multi-Modal Foundation models, and Agentic AI.

• Hands-on experience with model development pipelines, including training, fine-tuning, and optimization.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience or a PhD.

• At least 6 months of experience developing and/or optimizing machine learning models or systems.
