Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Professional role based in Home, KS. The HR Professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The HR Professional will collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance workforce development and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Proficiency in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Solid knowledge of compliance with legal regulations and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
