Marketing Analyst | Hybrid

This role will be pivotal in driving data-backed marketing strategies across the entire customer lifecycle.

The Role

• Consolidate and analyze first and third-party data to create insightful reports for leadership.

• Provide thoughtful observations, recommendations, and next steps aligned with product strategies.

• Handle ad hoc analysis requests with speed and precision to support real-time decision-making.

• Present clear, data-driven insights to leadership, focusing on impact and outcomes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and home office teams.

• Ensure data integrity with rigorous quality checks and attention to detail in all deliverables.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science.

• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in tech, healthcare, or retail.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions.

• Outstanding documented skills in Excel; proficiency in VBA, SQL, R, or other coding platforms is a plus.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
