About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team at the nearest courthouse in Minneapolis. This role is pivotal in sourcing accurate data from the Minnesota Court Information System, which is essential for conducting criminal background checks by our remote teams across North America and the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data entered into our systems, supporting our commitment to providing reliable information for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in detail-oriented environments and are capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The role requires reliable transportation and residency within Minnesota, with limited remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Residency within the State of Minnesota
• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent keyboarding skills, including proficiency with 10-key data entry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective time management skills to handle fluctuating workloads
• Reliable transportation to and from the courthouse location
• Basic understanding of legal or court systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Source and verify data from the Minnesota Court Information System accurately and efficiently
• Input data into the company’s systems with high precision to support criminal background checks
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
• Collaborate with remote teams across North America and the Philippines to ensure seamless data processing
• Monitor and report on data entry progress, notifying managers of any potential delays
• Support other team members and assist with additional tasks as needed to meet operational goals
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
