We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer with expertise in diffusion modeling, reaction kinetics, and predictive modeling to develop a comprehensive understanding of complex material interactions in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-compound diffusion, environmental impact modeling, and complex reaction systems. This role will involve creating 3D models of physical structures, simulating material transfer and interaction, and building a model to optimize outcomes under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a multi-compound diffusion model to simulate material transfer and interaction.
  • Create detailed 3D models to analyze structural properties, fluid interactions, and compound migration.
  • Incorporate environmental factors into models to simulate real-world conditions.
  • Analyze reaction kinetics and interaction between key compounds.
  • Develop and refine algorithms to predict system behavior based on input conditions.
  • Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to validate model accuracy through lab and field testing.
  • Optimize material design and process parameters based on model outcomes.
  • Document findings and contribute to technical reports, patents, and research publications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Strong background in diffusion modeling, mass transfer, and reaction kinetics.
  • Proficiency in computational modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, COMSOL, ANSYS).
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., COMSOL).
  • Familiarity with environmental impact modeling and complex fluid systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate model insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
