Requirements

Must have:

– Minimum of 5 years experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst – Proven background in manufacturing is essential – Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (preferably in Supply Chain Management; experience in HCM/PPM is advantageous) – Proficient in system configuration, not just analysis – Experience with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in cross-functional, global settings

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing solutions for Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules – Configuring Oracle Fusion ERP on the backend – Managing resolution of production issues comprehensively – Assisting in global ERP rollouts and launches, including approximately 20-25% travel – Mentoring junior analysts and establishing team standards
