About The Role We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound calls. You will handle inquiries related to payments, benefits, account statuses, and transactions, ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and LAN connection
- Proficiency in computer use and Windows applications
- Ability to work flexible hours during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 24/7)
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Actively listen to understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information
- Access cardholder accounts to answer questions regarding payments, benefits, and transactions
- Assist customers with inquiries about account statuses and transaction details
- Process transactions and research requests accurately using web-based applications
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant regulations during customer interactions
- Stay informed about company policies, client programs, and technological updates
- Support team operations during peak times or staff absences to ensure seamless service delivery
- Navigate multiple screens and applications effectively to guide customers toward solutions

- Competitive starting pay of $14.00 per hour
- Night differential of $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 6pm to 6am EST
- Weekend day differential of $1.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts
