As a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Health Systems segment, you will play a key role in driving growth across a defined set of strategic health system accounts. This is not a pure white space” role – you will focus on account-based outbound, leveraging partnership channels and targeted outreach to build pipeline and accelerate adoption of Uber Health’s transportation solutions.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience from initial engagement through onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, collaborative, and strategic sales environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns across a defined set of health system accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and procurement teams
  • Leverage partnership-driven entry points and account insights to drive meaningful conversations
  • Conduct discovery calls via Zoom to understand customer needs and align Uber Health transportation solutions to use cases (e.g., reducing no-shows, improving discharge efficiency, increasing access to care)
  • Qualify opportunities and build a strong, high-quality pipeline within assigned accounts
  • Partner with Account Executives to prioritize and penetrate high-value organizations
  • Support light onboarding efforts, including initial setup guidance and early-stage troubleshooting

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of sales, business development, or related experience
  • Experience engaging with health systems, enterprise organizations, or public sector customers
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Salesloft/Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within healthcare or selling into health systems / IDNs
  • Familiarity with GPOs, partnership-driven sales motions, or enterprise procurement processes
  • Experience prospecting into large, decentralized organizations
  • Understanding of healthcare transportation workflows (e.g., patient transport, discharge planning, access to care)
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline within a defined account list

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$62,500 per year – USD$69,250 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$69,500 per year – USD$77,000 per year. For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$69,500 per year – USD$77,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
