About The Role The Data Entry Associate at Apex Dental is a vital part of our administrative team, responsible for supporting our client through meticulous document review and accurate data entry. As a Transaction Data Entry Associate, you will be tasked with capturing, validating, and processing various documents, both electronic and hard copy, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data systems. Your role will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by providing essential administrative support, enabling our client to deliver seamless services to their customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Proficiency in basic IT skills and aptitude for learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities
- Capturing and validating data from various sources, including complex requests
- Performing processing tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receiving documents in electronic and hard copy formats for processing
- Following internal procedures to process documents accurately and efficiently
- Identifying documents and their purposes to create and maintain comprehensive databases
- Following up with customers or stakeholders to obtain additional information or documentation as needed
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the processing cycle
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
