About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruiting team. In this pivotal role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate applicant data. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a strong talent pipeline aligned with Stout’s strategic growth objectives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role (corporate or agency experience welcomed)
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing scheduling and candidate tracking processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and authentically
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
Responsibilities
- Support interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and applicant tracking activities across multiple business lines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and CRM tools
- Source active and passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidates’ interest, qualifications, and role alignment
- Develop and maintain organized talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role specifications and sourcing priorities
- Track and report on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and key recruiting metrics
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tools or strategies
- Assist in enhancing the candidate experience to reflect Stout’s standards of Relentless Excellence®
