What does this role look like?

The Financial Management Manager will be functional Finance & Business Operations support to the SS&IG Mission Area Whiskey Portfolio and Intelligence Ground Portfolio of programs within the Lockheed Martin Space NSS Line of Business. This position is located in King of Prussia, PA. The selected candidate will be responsible for both actively working programs and managing individual contributors for responsibilities to include Program Finance, Program Performance and FP&A functions in support of the various programs assigned. The selected candidate’s responsibility will also include F&BO lead on new business acquisitions from identification through the proposal phase to program startup and execution of the program. The selected candidate will: provide active direction, coaching and guidance to direct reports; create an inclusive environment; recruit and retain high performing talent; organize and integrate a high performance team; improve and enhance processes; and provide performance assessments and identify growth opportunities for team members.
