We are looking for a Temporary Employee Experience & Internal Communications Specialist (Maternity leave replacment).

In your position you will-

Executing the organizational employee experience program:

  • Ownership on design and execution of employee experience program
  • Producing organizational employee experience events as part of a yearly plan such as: business milestones celebrations, holidays toasts & gifts, happy hours, family trips, team building events, enrichment lectures and more.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders and vendors and managing all employee experience initiatives to support Business Units needs
  • Managing local community relations programs

Implementing and supporting Internal Communications-

  • Managing internal communication systems (content and technical support) daily
  • Supporting internal communication projects and providing solutions for internal stakeholders
  • Supporting Town-Halls events – content preparation support as well as logistics preparations

++Job Requirements:++

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Two-five years of experience in similar roles in a global organization

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great teamwork, service oriented person with ability to influence and engage others

  • Creative thinking & Initiative

  • High execution ability, independent, attention to details

  • High energy and passion to create a strong & positive organizational spirit and employee engagement

  • Experience in managing budget and vendors

  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Knowledge in office programs, knowledge in graphics programs & SharePoint is a significant advantage

  • Temporary position — availability for 6 months

++Work location++ — Rehovot (majority of the time) and Kiryat Gat (per need, around once a month)
