Position Summary:

The General Helper will assist plumbers and technicians on job sites, ensuring work areas are organized and jobs run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone looking to get hands-on experience in the plumbing trade with opportunities for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems

• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment

• Clean and prepare job sites before and after work is completed

• Run errands for supplies and parts as needed

• Perform basic manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in construction or plumbing is a plus but not required

• Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Must be punctual, responsible, and professional in appearance and attitude
