About The Role We are seeking a talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in creating compelling visual assets that enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms, including the Fliff app, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Art Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as social media managers, user acquisition specialists, and brand strategists. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and deliver visually engaging graphics that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual eager to build a career in sports gaming and digital marketing, contributing to the growth and recognition of the Fliff brand globally.
Qualifications
- Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in composition, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of social media specifications, platform requirements, and best practices for digital content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with sports industry trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to a small, agile team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging visual assets for social media, email marketing, app interfaces, and other digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to develop new key assets and enhance existing ones, aligning with brand strategy.
- Support the creation of a comprehensive library of design assets, including cutouts, backdrops, textures, and general graphics.
- Maintain an organized archive of all created assets, following team folder structure protocols for easy retrieval and version control.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve visual storytelling and brand presence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business goals.
- Assist in the development of visual concepts that support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Perform other design-related duties as assigned by the Senior Art Director.
