Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Software Developer, my team and I will expect you to: – Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes while following an agile software development lifecycle process. – Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. – Research new technologies and maintain an active knowledge of current industry application development trends to see how they can be utilized in our environment. – Document technical solutions and designs at a level of detail suitable for architectural review, user training, and ongoing system maintenance.
