Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. – Proven OOP development experience. – Experience building user interfaces, preferably with frameworks like ReactJS, although Typescript and AngularJS are also acceptable. – Familiarity with Java and the Spring Boot framework. – Experience with RESTful web services and API development. – Experience with cloud platforms is a plus. – A passion for customer experience (CX) and Design Thinking. – Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles. – A life-long learner who is not afraid to ask questions and is inquisitive by nature. – A self-starter who takes the initiative and can operate independently in new, uncharted settings. – The ability to quickly pivot and navigate ambiguous challenges and a problem solver. – Collaborative with colleagues to proactively identify and clear obstacles to achieve goals. – A growth mindset with a willingness to step out of your comfort zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, develop, deploy, and support services and applications alongside senior engineers. – Engage business stakeholders to identify challenges and create innovative technical solutions. – Work alongside technical experts to provide sustainable, future-facing software solutions. – Ensure functional and non-functional quality and on-time delivery using agile and lean principles. – Adopt extreme programming practices, including paired programming, mobbing, test-driven development (TDD), and CI/CD. – Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
