Requirements


Must have:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred. – Over 15 years of progressive experience in AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics, including leading enterprise-scale Generative and Agentic AI initiatives in complex, multi-functional settings. – A proven history of designing, implementing, and scaling AI solutions, including LLMs, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering within cloud-native, production-grade environments. – Deep knowledge of AI platforms and technologies, particularly Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and operationalizing infrastructures such as Model Garden and Control Plane. – Demonstrated ability to align AI strategies with enterprise transformation objectives, delivering measurable business results through innovation, automation, and productivity enhancement. – Strong background in cloud architecture, system design, and establishing scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms in service-oriented settings. – Experience in delivering AI-augmented capabilities aimed at boosting productivity and process efficiencies (e.g., Github, CoPilot, IBM Watsonx, or similar). – Proven ability to drive an AI Literacy program for stakeholders at all organizational levels by tailoring and enhancing the curriculum accordingly. – Experience managing high-performing AI Engineering and Operations teams while promoting a culture of continuous learning, agile delivery, and technical excellence. – Extensive experience with AIOps practices, including MLOps; building and managing end-to-end AI pipelines; implementing observability frameworks; monitoring model performance in production; managing incidents; and applying automated remediation techniques to ensure the reliability, scalability, and compliance of AI systems. – Practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery principles for managing complex AI programs, budgets, and cross-functional execution. – Excellent communication and executive presentation talents, with the capacity to translate intricate AI concepts into strategic insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:


  • I will define and lead the strategic vision for Cognitive AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning capabilities, ensuring alignment with our enterprise goals and transformation initiatives. – I will provide executive oversight for the AI Center for Enablement, ensuring its services, platforms, and talent strategy facilitate widespread AI adoption, foster innovation, and deliver measurable business value. – I will oversee the development and large-scale implementation of AI platforms, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and external technology partners. – I will partner with senior leaders across business and IT to pinpoint high-impact AI use cases, shape technology roadmaps, and fast-track the transition of AI solutions from incubation to production. – I will champion the creation of governance frameworks that guarantee the ethical, secure, and transparent use of AI technologies, collaborating closely with Model Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and the AI Working Group. – I will lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies in Cognitive Sciences, LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI through structured research, prototyping, and enterprise roadmap development. – I will build and foster strategic partnerships with leading AI vendors, cloud providers, and consulting firms to accelerate capability development and achieve tangible outcomes for our members and internal stakeholders. – I will promote the use of AI tools and capabilities across the enterprise, enhancing productivity and driving process efficiencies for our workforce. – I will deliver the AI Literacy program organization-wide in collaboration with industry partners and our Talent Development team. – I will develop and scale high-performing AI Engineering and Operations teams, nurturing a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. – I will establish enterprise-level success metrics for AI initiatives, ensuring measurable impact, high adoption rates, and conformity with our EDIM and enterprise architecture standards. – I will enable federated AI development by supporting communities of practice, democratizing access to AI tools and services, thereby promoting process efficiencies and innovation throughout the organization. – I will drive execution excellence by overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and budget management for AI initiatives, applying Scaled Agile principles for timely delivery, iterative value realization, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
