Must have:

– I require applicants to possess a current Full Scope Polygraph (FSP). – For Level 3 candidates, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is essential, while for Level 4, at least 5 years of such experience is necessary. – I expect proficiency in System Administration, specifically with Linux/Unix or Windows platforms. – Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customer representatives regarding technical issues. – My ideal candidate will be willing to complete on-the-job (OJT) training to validate their ability to fulfill assigned tasks. – Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities:


  • I need you to support a select group of end users using our systems as well as others we manage. – Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, sometimes under tight deadlines, is part of your role. – You will analyze system functionality, identify performance bottlenecks, and document suggested optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency. – Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps will be expected of you. – During high-impact operations, I would like you to represent the entire System Admin Team and interact with customers.
