Enterprise Account Executive | Hospitality Tech | $110-150K Base + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a fast-growing hospitality tech company transforming how restaurants, hotels, and franchise operators manage their workforce. They are building out their enterprise sales org and need a hungry, strategic AE who knows how to sell into QSRs, franchise systems, and corporate hospitality groups.

What You Will Own

  • Drive net new business across a defined book of franchise systems and corporate direct accounts, executing a strategic territory plan from prospecting to close.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle including discovery, value-based demos, business case development, contract negotiation, and handoff to implementation.
  • Conduct deep consultative discovery sessions to uncover prospect pain points and position the platform’s ROI across talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce management, and employee engagement.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals across both corporate and franchise decision makers, aligning operator-level priorities with platform capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants to build a pipeline and ensure a seamless customer experience from first touch through go-live.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a competitive, high-growth environment.
  • Background in HR Tech, hospitality tech, or selling into QSR and franchise systems is a significant plus.
  • A consultative seller who leads with business outcomes, not features, and knows how to build a compelling business case for a C-suite audience.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter who can speak the language of operators and executives in the same conversation.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, high bias for action, and the ability to thrive without a fully built playbook.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
