About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist to join our dynamic team on a direct-hire basis at our Irvine, CA location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of media security and digital content protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced deep learning algorithms focused on steganography and media watermarking across various digital media formats, including images, videos, and audio. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy these models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration into mobile and cloud platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of machine learning, computer vision, and multimedia processing, with an emphasis on security and content authenticity.
Qualifications
- Expert-level experience with PyTorch and training/testing deep neural networks.
- Proven experience in dataset collection and curation for deep learning applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and research findings.
- Prior publication record in major ML/CV conferences is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms focused on steganography and media watermarking techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into customer-facing platforms, including mobile and cloud environments.
- Benchmark and evaluate new models against existing approaches to ensure high quality, accuracy, and robustness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings and project progress.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and digital media security fields.
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster continuous improvement.
