What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide high-level administrative support to the department Director/Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence
- Assist with the recruitment process by conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews
- Serve as the centralized point of contact for community or fundraising events and training requests
- Compile data and outcome reports as required by the department
- Monitor departmental supply levels and clinical/crisis chart materials
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field, or a combination of specialized training and 4 years of experience
- Two years of recent experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with no major infractions in the past 39 months
