Private Wealth Investor Relations – Alternative Asset Manager in Midtown

Our client, an alternative asset manager in Midtown, is looking to add an Investor Relations Analyst to their growing team. This person will be responsible for investor onboarding, internal/external relationship management, and data analytics/reporting work.

This role will sit out of their Midtown office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve day to day operational queries, issues and incidents across the entire range of services provided by the transfer agent. Engage with transfer agent to resolve open issues and maintain issues log to monitor for thematic trends.
• Demonstrate expertise when handling escalations which include, AML/KYC, account opening, dividend payments, general investor servicing and escalations of a regulatory or compliance nature.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of experience
• Excellent attention to detail
