About The Role We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to develop your career in customer support within the solar energy sector. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between the company and our customers, establishing and nurturing relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. In this role, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience that aligns with Everlight Solar’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or client service roles (preferred)
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Owns a Mac computer and is proficient with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Reliable and committed to a 40-hour workweek
- Authorized to work in the US; background check required

- Provide accurate, comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
