About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Marketing Manager to join NIMA Partners, Inc. in a full-time capacity, working remotely or in a hybrid setting. This pivotal role reports directly to the CEO and is instrumental in shaping the company’s presence within the healthcare community and among patients. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of medical marketing strategies aimed at increasing credibility and recommendation among healthcare professionals and patient populations, particularly those managing celiac disease and gluten sensitivities. The role involves managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), overseeing the creation of educational and promotional materials, and identifying evidence gaps that can enhance product validation and adoption. This position offers significant growth potential, with opportunities for promotion and expanded responsibilities as the company scales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in market planning, marketing, and medical marketing, with a track record of developing successful strategies
- Ability to design and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals and patients
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Passion for the celiac or food allergy community, with a genuine interest in improving patient outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partners
- Adaptability and agility to respond effectively to evolving market dynamics and opportunities
- Creative storytelling ability, capable of translating complex scientific data into clear, compelling messages for both healthcare providers and patients
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive medical marketing strategy that encourages healthcare professionals and patients to recommend and adopt the NIMA Sensor for gluten detection and food safety
- Manage and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, collaborating on content creation, data evidence plans, and educational initiatives to bolster product credibility
- Lead the development of medical and patient marketing materials, working closely with agencies to produce claims, digital content, printed materials, and advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other channels to facilitate product access and adoption, with an eye toward establishing sustainable commercial partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences, leveraging insights to optimize marketing efforts and resource allocation
- Identify evidence gaps and collaborate with internal teams to generate scientific data that supports product claims and enhances credibility
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure marketing strategies remain compliant and competitive
