About The Role The Recruiter at Aspire Living & Learning is a vital member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates who align with the company’s mission and values. This remote role primarily supports operations in New Hampshire, with opportunities to contribute across other regions. The Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and building relationships to enhance Aspire’s reputation as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting talent with purpose, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within healthcare, education, or human services sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
- Satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations
- Ensure job postings are current, accurate, and reflective of role requirements
- Post job advertisements on the company website, social media platforms, and relevant job boards
- Proactively source and engage diverse, qualified candidates through multiple channels to build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless hiring processes
- Contribute to enhancing Aspire’s employer brand by showcasing its values, culture, and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to stay current with recruitment best practices
- Support special projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
