What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and building brand value
  • Learn and navigate insurance products and processes during the training period
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple programs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Previous experience in a call center or insurance-related role
  • Familiarity with digital self-service tools and customer relationship management software
  • Strong adaptability to changing environments and processes
  • Experience in training or mentoring others in a customer service setting
  • Additional language proficiency beyond English
