What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedules, contacts, travel arrangements, and meetings for senior leadership
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and consultants, including hardware requests and space planning
  • Arrange travel accommodations with detailed itineraries and process reimbursement and expense reports
  • Maintain effective communication and credibility with senior management through organized meeting/event preparation and follow-ups
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating executive phone coverage, calendars, and detailed travel itineraries
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4+ years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED)
