About The Role We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our billing team at Spectrum. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with billing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

Preferred Qualifications Include

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Experience working with computers and software applications for a minimum of 6 months
  • Previous experience in cable operations or a telecommunications call center
  • Technical skills such as MS Office proficiency and typing abilities
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependability, courteousness, enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls related to billing inquiries, account updates, and service questions with professionalism and courtesy
  • Providing accurate information about Spectrum products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately within our systems and following up as necessary
  • Collaborating with management and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Spectrum’s offerings, policies, and procedures to serve customers effectively
