About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our Solutions division in Clarksville, USA. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards across our operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with both DSV and client standards. The role involves conducting internal audits, monitoring process metrics, and reporting trends to facilitate proactive improvements. Additionally, the QA Assistant will deploy training sessions on quality techniques such as FMEAs and RCCAs, manage process audit trackers, and follow up on corrective actions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about quality management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to contribute meaningfully to our global logistics solutions.

Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Experience with internal audits and process monitoring
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technical writing
  • Knowledge of quality techniques such as project management, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and value stream mapping
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer applications and quality management software
  • Previous experience with visual management, FMEA creation, RCCA workshops, and process sustainability is beneficial
  • Experience in supporting site sustainability initiatives and developing process audits
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Remote work capability with an estimated 25% travel requirement

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with standards set by DSV and clients through internal audits and monitoring
  • Manage and update process audit trackers and follow-up actions
  • Monitor process performance against established metrics and report trends for proactive responses
  • Deploy training sessions on quality techniques such as FMEAs, RCCAs, and other relevant tools
  • Track and measure the success of training and process improvements
  • Identify gaps through audits and support site sustainability initiatives
  • Develop and support the implementation of process audits and continuous improvement projects
  • Facilitate RCCA and FMEA workshops to promote quality culture
  • Prepare management reports and coordinate follow-up activities with site management
  • Support the development of process documentation and technical reports
