What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Experience Team, including document creation, meeting coordination, and calendar management
  • Execute travel arrangements for department team members, including flights and hotel bookings
  • Submit and track invoices for multiple teams, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Coordinate project logistics for the video production team, including scheduling and communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update content on the department’s SharePoint site, ensuring materials are accurate and well-organized

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • One (1) year relevant experience in an administrative support role required
  • Strong intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with diverse individuals
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience supporting a department within a university setting
