About The Role The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst is a critical role responsible for supporting decision-making processes and operational efficiencies through the provision of comprehensive data, reporting, and business intelligence services. This position acts as a subject matter expert within the Reporting and Analytics team, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. The role involves developing and maintaining robust reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and facilitating strategic partnerships with leadership to drive informed business decisions. The analyst will routinely travel to the Little Rock, AR Medicaid location to maintain client relationships and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- At least 3 years of SQL experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Experience working with multiple business units and leadership levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience with report generation tools such as SAS, Alteryx, QlikView, Business Objects, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of data consolidation and modeling techniques
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reporting solutions aligned with internal standards and best practices by translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports
- Facilitate team request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects accordingly
- Establish and oversee data, reporting, and metrics governance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Build strategic partnerships with leadership at various levels to support organizational goals
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members and clients on data interpretation and utilization
- Travel routinely to the Little Rock, AR Medicaid location to sustain client relationships and gather feedback
- Assist in data analysis, modeling, and consolidation efforts to support business initiatives
- Participate in continuous process improvement and quality assurance activities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the reporting and analytics functions
