What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate events, including organizational and executive meetings.
  • Manage conference rooms and complex executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Greet and assist office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, screening and directing them appropriately.
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and delegation as needed.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling confidential information.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Adobe products preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
