What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
  • Manage Assistant and group email inboxes promptly and accurately
  • Provide phone coverage and frontline communication support for the organization
  • Prepare and distribute quotes, finance agreements, and invoices
  • Assist in internal and external surplus lines audits by verifying transactions and documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 years of experience in the surplus lines industry OR valid P&C license plus 12 months of CSR or administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in document management systems and core business applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in administration or accounting
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and solution-focused mindset
  • Dependable, accountable, and consistent in task execution
