What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist in the bidding process for assignments on third-party bid boards and via email, including checking for conflicts and obtaining fee quotes
- Create and maintain a bidding job log to track fee quotes
- Set up new job assignments in the job management system and communicate with clients and appraisers
- Archive working files onto a shared drive and manage the delivery of appraisal reports and client invoices
- Order office supplies and assist in organizing client events such as meetings and conferences
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2-4 years of previous related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong proofreading and editing skills, along with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters
