Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Account Executive to join their communications and sales team.

This role is fully remote and requires someone to be located in Southern California to be considered. Travel will be required about 5%-10% of the time.

Responsibilities As An Account Executive

  • Grow and manage advertising partnerships across various platforms
  • Drive revenue growth by selling digital advertising across the companies media portfolio
  • Secure Sponsorships and Booth Sales for the annual conference and trade show
  • Cultivate relationships with both existing and new advertisers and sponsors, acting as a trusted partner
  • Cold call and identify new opportunities for revenue through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Travel occasionally to industry conferences and client meetings to represent the business and foster connections

Qualifications As An Account Executive

  • 3 years experience in advertising/media sales or event sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Experience selling advertising space, sponsorships, and/or tradeshow booths
  • Background in media communications or trade show/event planning preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or contact management systems
