Founding AE
Fresh off a $20M growth investment from Edison Partners, NPHub is fixing a broken part of healthcare: helping NP students secure the placements they need to graduate while NPHire gives practices and health systems a faster way to hire; as our Founding AE you’ll shape how we sell, how we win, and how we scale.
What you’ll do
- Run full-cycle sales end-to-end: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and hand off
- Hunt net-new logos in small/medium healthcare practices and mid-size medical centers.
- Prospect at volume with creative multi-channel outreach beyond LinkedIn lists.
- Navigate stakeholders across owners, practice managers, finance, and compliance.
- Sell outcomes and ROI tied to time-to-fill, provider productivity, and patient access.
- Turn wins into a repeatable playbook
- Be the Voice of the Customer with structured feedback to product and leadership.
- Maintain crisp pipeline, forecasting, and next steps the business can run on.
- Keep sales assets organized in Google Drive with clear folder taxonomy

Must-haves
- Atlanta-based hybrid role with regular in-person collaboration.
- 2–5 years AE experience closing SMB/mid-market SaaS or services ($5K – $15K ACV)
- Proven net-new logo acquisition with limited brand recognition.
- Proficient with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with crisp follow-ups.
- Grit, resilience, and a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
