Software Engineer – Front End

Senior Frontend Developer | Hybrid

We’re hiring on behalf of a trusted federal partner, renowned for supporting mission-critical programs in national security, defense, and public service. This employer is seeking professionals committed to service, accountability, and results in fast-paced environments.

The Role

• Provide subject matter proficiency for task-related work.

• Support process improvement, specialized studies, and requirements definition.

• Conduct analysis, planning, and development of requirements documents and functional models.

• Perform engineering tasks for front-end design and development, including technical drawings and mockups.

• Plan and implement modifications to Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs) and optimize UI elements and system navigation.

• Facilitate operator ease of use for user-facing feature development.

What You’ll Need

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 10 years of experience in the functional area.

• 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages, with DevSecOps, microservices, and containers.

• 5 years of recent experience in front-end web design and development.

• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, and at least five of the following: Apache, Ember, JavaScript, Jaguar, Java, Cricket, Node.
