About The Role We are seeking a talented and dedicated Software Engineer specializing in Front-End development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for our healthcare management platforms. Your expertise will ensure that our applications are not only visually appealing but also scalable, secure, and aligned with the latest industry standards. You will work collaboratively with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience integrating with REST APIs and working within secure development environments. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in React, CSS, HTML, and other web platform technologies
- Experience working in Windows/Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with REST API integration
- Knowledge of secure application development practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces based on provided design specifications
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and user interactions
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and frameworks
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure smooth integration of front-end components with server-side logic
- Gather requirements and iterate on UI/UX designs in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders
- Implement release pipelines, unit tests, and promote continuous delivery practices to ensure high-quality code
- Provide production support by identifying, researching, and resolving performance and system issues
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to maintain software quality
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and security
- Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities such as XSS, SQL injection, and OWASP top risks
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA confidentiality and security guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives
