About the Role:
Job Title: SRE Architect
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy and implementation of Agentic AI systems to automate L1/L2 application support tasks.
- Serve as the technical SME guiding architecture and design discussions based on strategic assessment inputs.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient architectures using Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps, Automation, Cognitive Services, etc.).
- Collaborate with App Support teams to identify and automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Ensure observability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven support systems.
- Stay ahead of evolving technologies in the Agentic AI space and bring innovation into the solution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SRE Architect or similar senior technical role.
- Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, BabyAGI, etc.).
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure stack.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, prompt engineering, orchestration, and AI task agents.
- Familiarity with application support processes and AI-driven IT Ops automation.
- Ability to act on high-level business/assessment insights and translate them into actionable architecture.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $145,000 — $155,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
