Position: Training and Development Manager

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $40–$50/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–4 weeks (with potential for extension)

Commitment: Minimum of 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Use your professional experience to design and review training-related content for various industries.
  • Ensure that all training materials align with company goals, standards, and are effective for skill development.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on training content quality, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Work independently and asynchronously, with flexible working hours.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are meeting desired outcomes.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing AI-generated training content across multiple fields.

Requirements

  • Strong professional full-time experience as a Training and Development Manager in the Management of Companies and Enterprises sector.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and feedback skills.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
