They are in search of an Operations Supervisor to manage the production activities at their Pasadena facility. This facility offers a 9/80 work schedule and positive work culture.

As the Senior Operations Supervisor job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Day to day operations support and troubleshooting
  • Supervise reports in assigned unit area
  • Lead continuous improvements initiatives in assigned area
  • Develop and monitor goals and objectives of unit area
  • Adhere to all site safety rules, regulations, and procedures

Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000
