Overview of the role:
The Regional Managing Director position involves building and nurturing relationships with top-tier clients while leading a high-performing team, managing 20-25 projects per direct report, and overseeing total revenue of $10-15M. This role requires driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio.
Key responsibilities:

Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across the company.

Ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

Leading and inspiring a team of direct reports, fostering client retention, driving professional growth, and guiding management of large-scale project portfolios.

Identifying and analyzing opportunities for client growth using consultative approaches and analytical skills.

Working seamlessly with various teams to exceed client expectations and align solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:

Client Services Experience: 9+ years in senior client services roles with proven track record managing executive-level relationships.

Team Leadership: 4+ years leading teams and developing talent.

Industry Background: Strong experience in IT or technology services sector.

Strategic Approach: Extensive client services experience with consultative mindset and ability to drive business growth.

Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
