UAT Associate Program Manager
About The Role We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Associate Program Manager to support our global User Acceptance Testing Program. This role is perfect for someone with a strong testing background who enjoys working across teams to improve product quality and drive innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic UAT Initiatives : Manage high-impact projects across global product teams, ensuring alignment with UAT goals and timelines.
- Integrate AI Solutions : Support the implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency, scalability, and insight generation.
- Sustain Operational Excellence : Support UAT operations globally, ensuring consistency and quality in testing practices.
- Drive Global Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and ops teams globally to align on priorities, mitigate risks, and support seamless launches
- Lead Strategic Testing & AI Integration – Drive adoption of AI-led testing technologies, serve as a subject matter expert for complex product types, and lead execution of testing processes with a focus on innovation and impact.
- Optimize Operations & Improve Efficiency – Streamline workflows, resolve roadblocks with scalable solutions, and identify opportunities to boost team bandwidth, efficiency, and output quality.
- Own Cross-Functional Alignment & Strategic Planning – Define and track team OKRs, ensure checkpoint process accountability, and collaborate with stakeholders to scope, test, and implement high-impact initiatives aligned with program goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Project & Program Management Experience – At least 2 years of experience managing operations, product, or strategic initiatives, with a strong ability to structure timelines, define milestones, and coordinate across teams.
- AI-Powered Test Optimization – 2 years of experience in using AI tools to improve test coverage and accelerate testing workflows.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – 1-2 years experience in analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret test data and guide continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI & Data-Driven Problem Solving – Proficient in applying AI tools and data insights to improve testing, streamline workflows, and drive smarter decision-making. Intermediate SQL levels.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills – Skilled in critical thinking, presenting insights clearly, and navigating complex challenges independently or in cross-functional environments.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year – USD$106,250 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year – USD$118,000 per year. For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$85,000 per year – USD$94,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year – USD$118,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
