🚚 Job Highlights

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in installments)

  • Home Daily with consistent 48-hour resets

  • Avg Weekly Pay: $1,300 after 90 days (top drivers $1,500 )

  • Pay: $0.56–$0.63 CPM (based on experience) or minimum mileage band pay

  • Extra Pay: $20 per stop short route minimums

  • Training: $125 for on-site day $50 per ride-along (3–4 rides)

📋 Job Details

  • Freight: Dry & refrigerated, no-touch, live-unload grocery freight

  • Routes: 1,600–1,700 miles weekly (2 routes per day, 11–14 hr shifts)

  • Shifts: Start between noon & midnight, weekends required

  • Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (same 2 days off weekly after ramp-up)

  • Home Time: Daily consistent 48-hour resets

  • Equipment: Newer day cabs, slip-seat operation
