Program Supervisor

We’re hiring looking for two supervisors to join our team. One will oversee our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the other will oversee our Family Intervention & Restorative Services Program (FIRS).

Our Partial Hospitalization Program is focused on serving neurodiverse youth with intensive behavioral health needs. The program supervisor will engage in program development as well as provide supervision and general oversight of the program. Grounded within the agency’s trauma recovery model and racial equity work, the partial hospitalization program will employ evidence-based and best practices models of care. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape a clinically rich, client focused program serving neurodivergent youth.

PHP Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and their families to support treatment progress
  • Provide supervision and oversight of the partial hospitalization program
  • Work within a transdisciplinary team to provide neurodiverse affirming care
  • Maintain paperwork in accordance with state and federal laws and credentialing
  • Engage in program development

PHP Supervisor Essential Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in mental health field or Bachelor’s degree with experience working in intensive program
  • Experience working with neurodivergent youth
  • Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, and cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.

Our Family Intervention & Restorative Services Programaims at preventing and decreasing youth involvement in juvenile justice by providing therapeutic support through a court diversion program. As the Program Supervisor, you’ll provide a positive, safe, and supportive milieu environment for youth experiencing crisis, using a trauma/DEI-informed framework. You’ll also be responsible for collaborative program development, training, milieu management, and group facilitation.

FIRS Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Develop milieu routines that support regulation and skill generalization.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior specialists, both during on-boarding and in the milieu.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Coordinate with Juvenile Court Services, including screening staff, supervisor, and juvenile probation counselors.
  • Manage supply orders, staff schedules, and paperwork completion.
  • Provide on-call support in collaboration with Lead Behavior Specialist.

FIRS Supervisor Essential Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work the swing shift when needed to cover shifts
  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience working in child mental health.
  • Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed care and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices.
  • Skills in training, group facilitation, and milieu management.
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, verbal de-escalation.
  • Valid WA state driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to drive agency vehicles
  • Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, and cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.
  • Experience working with youth in the juvenile justice system, group care settings, or higher level of care
