Influencer Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to help scale our creator program, with a primary focus on sourcing and onboarding TikTok creators. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, understands creator trends, and is excited to build relationships at scale.
You’ll play a critical role in fueling our growth by identifying high-potential creators, managing outreach, and helping turn creator partnerships into a repeatable, scalable acquisition channel.
What You’ll Do
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and source TikTok creators aligned with our brand, target audience, and performance goals
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of creators across different tiers (micro to mid-tier)
- Execute high-volume outreach via DM, email, and creator platforms
- Track and optimize outreach performance (response rates, conversion rates, etc.)
Creator Relationship Management
- Onboard new creators and guide them through collaboration processes
- Build strong, ongoing relationships to drive repeat content and long-term partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned creators
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate creator campaigns from sourcing to content delivery
- Ensure creators meet deadlines, deliverables, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, growth, paid media) to align on content strategy
Performance & Optimization
- Track creator performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions, CAC)
- Identify top-performing creators and double down on what works
- Continuously refine sourcing strategy based on performance data
Trend & Market Research
- Stay on top of TikTok trends, emerging creators, and platform changes
- Bring new ideas for creator formats, hooks, and angles
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
- Deep familiarity with TikTok (you understand what makes content perform)
- Strong communication and outreach skills (DMs, email, relationship building)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable tracking and improving performance metrics
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Bonus Points
- Experience sourcing creators at scale
- Background in DTC or performance marketing
- Familiarity with influencer/creator tools and platforms
- Experience working with affiliate or performance-based creator programs
