Our client, a global beauty company, is looking for a Sr. Staff Accountant to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Tampa. The successful candidate will possess 5 years of corporate accounting experience, have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and thorough analytical and problem solving skills.

Role Overview:

  • Contract Role: 7 months
  • Pay: $40-46/hr on W2 (No C2C)
  • Schedule: Hybrid, 8AM-5PM M-F, 3 days in office – 2 days remote

**Responsibilities:

**

  • Prepare journal entries, GL account analysis, & roll-forward reconciliations to support month-end closes
  • Handle monthly reporting processes
  • Assist with internal audit requests
  • Analyze and enter data into SAP
  • Prepare regulatory reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required
  • CPA Certification is a plus
  • 5 years of corporate accounting experience
  • Experience working within the consumer products industry a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
